Add the ability to customize league set ups and league sizes - can have 16, 24 and 32 team leagues

You can now cut players using the Move Players button on the Roster screen,

WARNING:  This build will break your league!  If you want to save a current league you can.  You will need to create a new league (of the same size and copy over the new schedule.   If you have questions join the discord.  This video goes over modding:
