FFFL v0.865 Alternate Playoff Format

Added alternate playoff formats where there are no wildcard teams (division winners only)

Added conference names

Both conference names and playoff setup can be changed by modding the schedule file in your league folder

Add ranking points to league standings screen

Fixed bug with some league setup combinations.  Needed to limit certain in-conference options

Fixed bug with box scores repeating from previous games

Fixed bug in reporting of 2nd team All-Pro players on summary screen

Fixed bug which wasn't displaying retired player calculated stats
