FFFL v0.866 Alternate Jersey and Field Colors

Teams now have Dark and Light Jersey colors.  Teams can select which jersey is the default home jersey.

Note:  Already created leagues will not have jersey colors overridden so Light and Dark jersey colors will be the same.   You will have to modify the team jersey colors in the Team Editor.

Also added the ability to customize the Field color used by the home team.  This also can be changed in the Team Editor.

Added more names to the name file.  Now about 8500 names.
