FFFL v0.851

Added Ties as the default setting for regular season games.  For calculation of team standings a mixture of American football and soccer was used.  Wins count 5 points and Ties count 2.

Ties can be disabled or enabled at anytime - even mid-week.  To toggle ties go to the settings screen (cog in upper left or "Esc" on league screen).

Added tooltips on the stats screen

Fixed bug that was keeping the selection of coaching and injury control between games
